1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User," "Member," "Player," or "you") and 33rp (the "Platform," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). • "Withdrawal" means any transfer of funds from your 33rp Account balance to your designated bank account or e-wallet.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required to confirm your age, identity, and address before certain account privileges are granted.
• "RNG" (Random Number Generator) means the certified algorithm that determines outcomes in digital casino games, ensuring fairness and unpredictability.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of features provided to help you control your gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality checks, and self-exclusion options.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Jurisdiction Requirements

To register an account and use 33rp services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• You are a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

3.2 Account Registration Process

To create an account, you must complete the online registration form and provide the following information:

• Full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP)
• Date of birth
• Valid email address
• Mobile phone number registered in Indonesia
• Residential address in Indonesia
• Preferred username and secure password

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 33rp customer support immediately via live chat or email.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on 33rp. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. If we detect multiple accounts linked to the same individual through device fingerprinting, IP address analysis, payment method matching, or other technical means, we reserve the right to:

• Suspend or permanently close all associated accounts
• Void all bets placed from duplicate accounts
• Confiscate any funds, winnings, or bonuses held in those accounts
• Report the activity to relevant authorities if fraud is suspected

3.4 KYC Verification

As part of our commitment to regulatory compliance and fraud prevention, 33rp operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit the following documents before you can withdraw funds from your account:

• Identity Verification: A clear, legible copy or photo of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP). The document must be valid (not expired) and show your full name, photograph, date of birth, and ID number.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months, clearly displaying your full name and current residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of yourself holding your KTP next to your face, with both your face and the ID card clearly visible in the same frame.

All submitted documents are encrypted, stored securely, and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. KYC reviews are typically completed within 1 to 24 hours. Until your account is fully verified, withdrawal limits may be restricted, and certain promotions may be unavailable.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Deposit Policy

When you deposit funds into your 33rp account, the following rules apply:

• Deposits are typically confirmed within 5 minutes during banking hours (WIB business hours for bank transfers).
• You may only deposit from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• All deposited funds must originate from legitimate, lawful sources. We reserve the right to request proof of funds for large or unusual deposit patterns.
• Deposit fees, if any, are clearly disclosed before you confirm the transaction. 33rp does not charge deposit fees for most payment methods, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless an alternative method is mutually agreed upon with our finance team.
• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 5.000.000 can be processed.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 24 hours for verified accounts, depending on the payment method and the size of the withdrawal.
• You may be required to wager deposited funds at least once (1x rollover) before a withdrawal is permitted. This anti-money-laundering measure prevents the platform from being used purely as a funds transfer service.
• Bonuses, promotional credits, and winnings derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as outlined in the specific promotion's terms. Until those requirements are met, the bonus funds and associated winnings are not eligible for withdrawal.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on 33rp are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you deposit using a foreign currency credit card, your bank may apply foreign exchange conversion fees. 33rp is not responsible for any third-party currency conversion charges.

5. Betting Rules and Game Integrity

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on 33rp are subject to the following general rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player.
• Bets are settled based on the official result of the event or game as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football matches, the game provider for casino games).

• Maximum payout limits apply to all bets. The current maximum payout per bet slip is displayed during the bet placement process. Winnings exceeding this limit will be capped at the stated maximum.

5.2 Casino Game Fairness

All slot games, table games, and other RNG-based casino products on 33rp are powered by certified Random Number Generator technology. These RNG systems are regularly audited by independent third-party testing laboratories to ensure that game outcomes are random, unpredictable, and statistically fair. 5.3 Live Dealer Casino

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

33rp offers various bonuses, promotions, and special offers to members from time to time. Each bonus is governed by specific terms and conditions (the "Bonus Terms") that are published alongside the promotion. By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with both the Bonus Terms and this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between the Bonus Terms and this Agreement, the Bonus Terms shall prevail for that specific promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements). This means you must wager the bonus amount, or the bonus plus deposit amount, a specified number of times before the bonus funds and any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier varies by promotion and is always clearly stated in the Bonus Terms. For example, a 100% deposit bonus with a 10x wagering requirement on a Rp 1.000.000 deposit means you must place Rp 10.000.000 in total wagers before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

6.3 Contribution Weighting

Not all bets contribute equally toward fulfilling wagering requirements. Contribution rates vary by game type:

• Slots: 100% contribution (Rp 1.000 wagered = Rp 1.000 toward requirement)
• Table Games (Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat): 10–20% contribution (varies by game)
• Live Dealer Casino: 10% contribution
• Sports Betting: 100% contribution for bets at odds of 1.50 or higher; lower or voided bets may not contribute

6.4 Bonus Forfeiture

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by the Company

• You have breached any provision of this Agreement
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• You are engaging in fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise unlawful activity
• You are abusing bonuses or exploiting platform vulnerabilities
• You are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• Your account shows signs of unauthorized access or security compromise

In the event of account suspension, we will investigate the matter and, depending on the findings, may:

• Reinstate the account if no wrongdoing is found
• Permanently close the account and refund your remaining balance (minus any disputed or forfeited funds)
• Permanently close the account and forfeit all funds if serious fraud or breach is confirmed

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining account balance. Once an account is closed, it cannot be reopened. If you wish to use 33rp services again in the future, you must register a new account (subject to our one-account-per-person policy).

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 33rp platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and data compilations — is the property of 33rp or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the platform without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33rp and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Loss of use or interruption of service
• Errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from your use of 33rp shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 33rp's international licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body designated in our licensing jurisdiction. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding on both parties.

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against 33rp.

12. Amendments to Terms

33rp reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, we will publish the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of the document. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review this Agreement periodically to stay informed of any updates.
